This is a piece I just colored for a buddy of mine Erick Hogan. It's drawn by Chad Hurd and the book will be written by Erick with grey-toned interiors by Chad as well. The concept is very noir/Dick Tracy stuff with some great over the top detective action and I wanted to accomplish the same feel with the cover. Feel free to critique anything you want about my part or Chad's. I'll be linking him to the thread as well. Thanks guys!

yeah, really great!
Since the background is in color, that's where I put my eyes at rest, which means that the main character in the foreground comes in 2nd place. Not sure if this is a bad thing really, just wanted to let you know.
