I've been looking around the early threads of this board, and if you read some of Mongoose's posts and replys, they're all flames, and they rarely exclude the "F" word.
He pretends he's a top-notch artist and says that he worked for Id Software, and won the "respect" of some of the ppl here with lies.
He doesn't have ANY art to prove himself, except for two low-end pencil sketches and a pic he ripped off from Todd McFarlane.
But when it comes to criticism, his reply is always first.
He's ethnocentrist, as he has huge issues with Shizo being Russian, and any statement he doesn't really approve with is adressed with flames and profanity.

Sooo, Mongoose, for the well-being of this board, I ask you to calm down and try to have more respect for some of us here that aren't "as good as you." I know it's hard, but be a fighter! Do it for us! When you have that strong urge to click that "REPLY" button, and fill that box with profanity, (like you do right now) please restrain yourself and spare us of frustration... Please...

And maybe one day you'll show us some sketches you did for Id. Oh... I forgot. Those are copyrighted, and you'll get shot by Carmack if you do.

There seems to be at least 20 pieces on my page... I guess you can't count either.

My "flames" only come when there is an idiot like yourself around. I have NEVER claimed to be better than anyone here, so again, that comment is unjustified.

You are some newbie, wanna-be that hasn't posted ONE pic. You aren't even a "Member" of this forum yet, you are a pathetic excuse for a human-being that has absolutely nothing better to do with your time than come up with half-ass assumptions and twisted theories.

So, in conclusion, WHERE IS YOUR ARTWORK? I have yet to see something for your ever-so-elite ass. Also, compete against me on 3D Palette.. or is that because you have absolutely no skill at all, and you are afraid of looking like an even bigger moron? Yes, I think that's it.

I urge anyone who feels that Pysch's comments are true to also search my posts and see what the ratio of flames to compliments are.

Anyway, I don't see why we have to put up with yet ANOTHER flame war on this forum. Maybe Mongoose is a bit quick to offer his criticism. And maybe he does use some harsh language in the process. So what? Why does that give you the right to publicly bash and demean him? You're upset about Mongoose's flames to others, yet you see nothing wrong with flaming him? If his behavior bothers you that much, then PLEASE, for the benefit of everyone here, discuss it privately. This is a DIGITAL ART FORUM, as you can see from the huge letters titling it. If you really need to complain about and criticize someone, don't do it here. For someone who is supposedly so concerned about the well-being of this forum, you seem awfully quick to contribute to its downfall.

In my opinion, Fish, oh I mean Physch, it looks like you are trying to get Mongoose kicked off the forums or trying to turn everyone against him. You shouldn't swim into other people's duels. And everyone has their own opinion, and at least here in the US, we have a right to speak them. If you don't like it learn to ignore it.

From this point on if I feel the need to "flame" someone, I will tone my language down, and not be so harsh.

But understand that this situation with Physch is different -- it has nothing to do with art. It is totally personal. Which is yet another reason why it shouldn't be brought out in the open on these forums. So it will not happen anymore. I will just get his logged IP and take down his ISP router instead hehe.
