Wondering if anyone knows how to make the backround on an icon title see-through. I'm posting this here because if everyone's like me they don't read the other board.. and it has relation because I'm using Sijun's new Stone Rose picture as a backround, but as you can see, it fades to darker black, and you can't just set it as one color to make it seem like the icon backround is invisible.. Anyone?

Head over to www.phong.com and check his desktop page. He was a link to some program like TransW or something that makes the icon title transparent, and it works really well.
