Yo!
I made a cover for april issue of Edge mag. featuring Crysis (both sides of the cover). That was past 3 months tho got authorized and ready to go:)
The left part of the cover is ingame screenshot with very little tweaks here and there. Right part was totaly painted over the screenie since there was not enough time to make frozen set for the cover. I made whole thing within 2 days or so, used some texture work for frozen part as well as custom brushes. Since I was crunching to make it done and it was exculusive for Edge, cuoldn't afford to make it better. Still tho put my whole heart into that one 
so the piece itself:
also, the cover was used as e3 booth, for those who haven't been to E3 i post it here The picture of it found over the net as well as the picture of the edge cover (since I got to hands german issue only).
I wait til the game releases and I believe it gonna rock Then I will try to post some bunch of stuff i did for Crysis over the las year.

na boxie wygląda zajebiście..ale nic nie kumam o czym ta gra jest  ..prawa strona malowana?? wygląda ciekawie ale są elementy chyba troche za "biale"i za "czarne"  .nie no mimo to ciekawy efekt |

thanks,
ranath: the directions I got was to make front fully frozen and the back leave totaly normal, so there was a place for transition only on the side edge. tho I agree that more extended transition would make picture overally better looking.
I will keep on posting whatever I will be authorized to
