Hi there, this is my first thread here.
I haven`t posted in forums from a long long time. I just doesn`t have enough time. So here i just began a one piece just for fun.
This is my basic sketch after 55-60 min. of work.
Software: Photoshop... for now

Coming along well. Be careful to tie it all together, there's a risk that the detailing in each area will look disparate. _________________ Art Links Archive -- Artists and Tutorials |

10X Sumaleth.
I will try to tie it all together after a coupple of days, because i want to make the common form and the whole silhouette first. Thanks for the advice I will keep it in my mind! ![Very Happy](images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif) _________________ ......:::: NICK ::::...... |

Greetings, Today i got little more time, so i changed the a little bit the whole concept.
I added some detail on the head and a body. First I will try to paint the body more human-like, so when i change it i will have greater possibility to make it alian-like.
There are some problems with the lightning, but i will fix it tomorrow

Unfortunatelly today I had not much time to work on the concept. I only added some detail on the head, the back and i fixed a liitle bit the light on the arm and the foot.

Good work, i like the texture. Theres something that irks me about his right leg, but maybe its just the cropping of the picture. |

Nice, I like it, keep it up!
The lower part of the body could use some work though... _________________ Skurai / Ceresz / Nivec

The form is looking very interesting. Some great shapes and textures. Revisiting what Sumaleth said, I think you need to make a clear decision about the direction the lighting is taking, atm the focus isn't working and the elements are a bit disparate as mentioned. |
