...Me and my two daughters at the Oscars this year. My older daughter, on the right, works for the Academy in their publicity dept. and got two tickets for me and her sister.
We had a great time! The press sort'a panned John Stewart and the Oscars this year, but we thought it was superb...?

At first glance i thought: "Ehh.. why did he post a picture of some celebrities at the Oscars?" But then i realized that the celebrities are YOU! |

Well... hardly a celebrity... just a simple onlooker
Luna... to me great acting is one of the higher skills. I admire it as high as my admiration meter can fly... but, if I had to choose one person to be shipwrecked on a desert island with, it would be Uma Thurman... _________________ HonePie.com

So that means she did not disappoint in person--which isn't always the case. Some actors are nothing like the roles they'v played, while others are cast because they're so much like the characters they were asked to play. For example, my brother used to be infatuated with Andy McDowell, and I used to think Madelyn Stowe was a very elegant woman. We both were highly disappointed after watching the way they carried themselves on talk shows. |

Yeah! That would be cool, an Oscar for Best Visual Development in a Film (or whatever). Or is there already something like that and I don't know? _________________ Francis Tsai
