They are a little contrasty . . . too much flat black . . . but I really like the translucent lobes in the first piece. Some very unique structures in that one.

Wonderful stuff!! Incredible atmosphere and lightning. I really love them!
They are both great however the first one is truly amazing...brilliant style man!!

I really enjoyed your video. The way you use textures is very inspiring.
From The Two Thrones series I especially love the "catacombe proposition 1-2.jpg"
I fell in love with this pic. It has such awesome mood and detail.
Could be deep under the fortresses of Barad-Dr.

Keep up the good work!

Thanks everybody Very Happy

a new video tutorial here : http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...06252117202092

Beware, there is a weird bug that accelerates my tutorial (check the time slider, if the time is running faster than normal, reload the video)

Awesome man Very Happy
I can't wait for more!
Btw, you're using camtasia right?
It would be nice to see it slower and in larger size... maybe you could... host it some other way than on google video?
Cheers!

Then maybe you could write a tutorial or use a free host like...

http://www.yousendit.com/ (you have to upload the file again after a while, but 1 GB, that's cool Very Happy)

The link isn't working for me...it won't even load up the page your video is on.

Oh, all the Ubisoft artists: in the lastest edition of Official Playstation Magazine they have a photo of space inside the ubisoft offices. Lots of nice flat-screen moniters hanging around Very Happy anyway I scanned the picture carefully and saw a Wacom tablet on one of the desks, maybe I saw yours Razz

(then again maybe not...)

Your first image is really inspiring! The towers with translucent overhangs are refreshingly original concept. Masterful sense of depth and space. Thanks for posting the hi-res version. It fits perfectly as a desktop!

How long did it take to paint?
