Hey video/computer game professionals, what do game employers look for in the portfolio of a prospective artist? I do 2D work mostly, but I'm sure you all have advice for 3D as well.

Hey immi...
No need to be mean... but in IE5.0 when ever I go and see a big version of POTD or osmething and I hit the back button... 3DPallete Crashes :\
