Im looking at samsung 204t right now. It is reasonable priced. Which one do you recommend and which don't you recommend?
I am looking at 20/21 inches right now.
Preferably with a 1600*1200 resolution.
I dont care that much about if it is 16 or 8 ms response time. I only care if the newer panels with 8 ms instead of 16 ms has much better panels in general, do they?

Anybody who has any idea of 20/21 inches today?

Avoid Viewsonic's screens. Most of them are 6-bit, but they don't mention it in the public specs, bragging about their response time instead.

theres fierce response time war happening out there atm.. most of the response times u'll see are not for true colour!

i have a Formac 2010 - its true 24 bit, has the best contrast i could find and the price is fantastic Smile calibrated colour isn't that far off of the factory preset..

the range of tone that i can see with it vs my 19" Mitsu 930 is increadible

Formac's 2010's spec is better than Dell and Apples 20" screens Smile and i got mine at a bargain price, was the last display the retailer had at the price as well.. the next time they had them on the shelf the price had increased!
