Does anyone know of a program that adds some form of margin to laptop widescreens, and changes the screen resolution to a more suitable aspect ratio for regular 4:3 tablets?

Of course, Wacom has a new widescreen tablet in store, but I find this investment unnecessary for my painting needs:

why not just ur wacom to the widescreen via the control panel?
