Hi,
Been away from art for years (about 20) and decided to start again, but since I last did any art computers have taken off and whilst I am totaly computer literate, I have some reservations about "Is digital art, proper art" so here are my questions:
Is computer art and in particular "digital potraits" considered cheating or is it accepted?
To get a good print after doing any art what sort of pixel resolution should I be using?
Where the best service to get "digital art" printed / created so I have a hard copy.
Thx

Is digital art, is not the question.
Is a computer graphics software program a medium for producing art is closer to the question.
In my mind, both are irrelevant.
Art is a creative process. Good art and bad art is produced with just about any material available on the planet.
A more relevant judgement would be related to the integrity of the creative process used by an artist. _________________ HonePie.com

300dpi is industry standard for colour work, 600+ for lineart |
