I actually like the abstract drawings: 2 and 3. I think they would make cool t-shirts or tapestry.
The dragon and the awkwardly buff dude aren't doing it for me. Mainly becuz there's no story to hold on to. Just seems like random drawings.
My critique would be to try to make narrative pictures, meaning put your characters in a moment to act. Or, give them dynamic or narrative poses that say more about who they are.
have fun! |

I agree, the abstract drawings are cool, seems like a mix of street graffiti and traditional Chinese art _________________ Derelict Studios|Godwin's Space |

Thanks guys for the comments. The abstract drawings I am more practised at, something I enjoy doing a lot. The 2 inked drawings were more doodles but ones I liked. I posted to see what people responded to best. I think the idea of a narrative is good. Maybe I shall try that next time.
I posted this work in another few forums, the abstract drawings are all that has been commented on. |
