Here's something i started working on today. the face is pretty much done, tomorrow I'm going to start on the jacket and background.

I would consider painting over those thick black lines. Your skin tone looks okay... but i'm really terrible with that stuff. |

both things you've commented on are the style i was was going for. The lines will stay (though much refined in the end) as the purpose was to create a cross between a comic style and fine art painting. His skin is supposed to be exaggerated with a purple almost bruised tint. _________________ www.synestheticstudios.com |

I like the style, but keep yourself open to other suggestions. Do one exactly as you want it, and then try variations such as thin lines, no lines, and or crisper lines. Then observe the qualities you deem most successful... ![Smile](images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) |
