I really like it, it's stuff like this that really makes me want to practice more.
I find it very interesting that in the last step you de-saturated some of the light from the sunset. I find often that I'm very tempted to do the opposite. What made you decide to do it (were you going for more accurate color reflection?), and how do you decide when it's better to take the saturation up a notch or tone it down? |

annisahmad - thanks, dude!
Sampster - Great to hear that I can inspire someone. I didn't even notice I had desaturated it. Mostly I do colour adjustments with the whole image in mind...and sometimes, in order to saturate something you desaturate the surroundings. I'm not sure if that is clear. |
