Hey, that's some pretty good stuff! The fish-eye lens makes things look a little crazy.

Julian Beever's does the same sort of thing, but distorts things further with perspective. It's really odd to walk up to one of those paintings from the wrong angle. [/url]

Yeah, I had seen some street painters before seeing these, but I never thought someone would actually put down this kind of energy and time into something so.. I dunno. fleeting.

Do they make any money from it?

This is hot. imo, this guy is waaaaaay sicker than that Julian cat...plus, he paints bigger.

Dude, he did a painting that commerated the Pope's arrival and the pope signed it himself!!!

Hell yeah, he's making money!

Also...it seems that everywhere outside of the US supports art like this through government grants and publicly sponsored programs. So, be it public money or private commissions, TRUST, this guy doesn't have to work @ Mickey Deez on da side.
