Bit of a story behind this piece:
Before starting this endeavor, I had recently come to the conclusion that I needed a poster to cover a large crack on the wall of my apartment. So did I go out and buy some poster and be done with it the easy way? No way! I decided to draw my own to have printed out instead.
In case you are wondering, this is a character for a personal project that I sometimes work on developing further. Maybe I will finish it someday, most likely I will abandon it in due time before completion.
This is at exactly 1/10th rez. My computer (and brain for that matter) was barely able to handle the full filesize.
And of course, what would it be without a few closeups to show of some of the detail that was lost in the resized image:
the head
the gun
the fungus
the shirt _________________ Yeah, but what happens when you refine your tastes so specifically that they don't exist?

uhm, the details are great, but they are so small and everything in that picture is so "smooth" noone can see them, so they even doesnt help the whole picture, anyone understand? ![Very Happy](images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif) _________________ *

Thank you, I've seen this piece in various stages of completion long enough that it has burned itself into my eyes...
Here is a link to the image at 72 dpi:
