Looking good, naked girl in the snow is always a seller. Nice and crisp rendering.
Though some critic - the running guy seems a bit to detailed compared to the foreground and he doesn't really seem to be looking or running toward at the Conan guy. And it is a bit difficult at first glace to understand why and how the Conan guy is holding on to the branch. _________________ Yeah man but it's a dry heat... |

Nice!! I think is a great image. Very Frazetta like.

Indeed
I think it could need more contrast and dramatic colors.
I made this quick PAINTOVER to show you what I mean.
Hope that's okay!
Anyways, I really like it! |

hmm That's a great illustration by all means but there is some odd parts that caught my eye. First: the axe wielding guy's arm (in which he wields the axe) is less brawny than his other arm. Second: the guy who hangs there on the cliff, his calfs just don't look right fo a male that size.. I really don't know how to change them, but perhaps you should look at some photo reference to get his legs, calfs and ankles correct. And the lower half of his body looks somewhat superimposed over his hips... I don't have time to explain, gotta job to attend.
I hope you don't feel dispirited because of me, its just that in such a great image even the tiniest faults show. And I don't mean to show my perceptions for some minor err in a bad light, I couldn't do any of this myself |

Haha loved the Dickinson/Rogers pun. This image made me drop my jaw. Love the sense of depth and height. Wonder if it could be used in fear of heights therapy lol.
I'm a fan of your original colours and temperature. Max second try is nice, but I think it's too dark and cold, no offense Max you rock too It could also be that my laCie is a little out of calibration. At 2.2 gamma and I tried my best to do it with the eyes, but it's quite hard, and it's been awhile. Hoping to get a real calibration going. _________________ The Dark Ages was caused by the Y1K problem. |
