I am thinking about submitting my portfolio to storyboard agencies in LA area. I am quite anxious about starting my career.
People say my portfolio is good enough to find a job, but the main problem is that an agency receives more than a hundred submission every week. So I am really discouraged.
Well, I was told that once I sign up then I can work as much as I want. Well, that would be great. If I ever have a chance to sign up then I won't take any break for next 10 years, until I get married and my wife begs for a vacation.
One of my teachers, who is a prominent production illustrator in LA, couldn't get a job until he was 32. But I can't wait for that long. It's a matter of self-esteem and self-image. I really hope they give me thumbs up for my portfolio. _________________ Human mind is the battlefield of good and evil. |
