hi, there
I just publish my website some hours ago. (dodecaden.com) and meanwhile I was checking all the pages and each frame, I was thinking if sites who will provide endless stories made with images uploaded at the rythme wanted by the visitor;could become a new media? somebody know sites like that? kind of mixte between comic book (where you re free to start where you want and even go backward) and silent movie (the screen allowing the view of a single image at the time). the experience could be performed also lby several artist one after the other: one start a story, telling what he wants ( few sketches ) then a other artist continue and may go into a complete different situation and so on.
it become after a while a long long pulp. (as long and vaste as the web). I think it's a interesting experience over years...and it's a brand new media because it will be to long to be translated into a movie, totally expensive to be printed, too heavy to be archived...so people will talk about it just with fragments, souvenirs like life itself.

hi, Eyewoo :+))
thanks for the comment.
the "everlasting page" I was talking about is something much more than just a online portfolio; the Page have to, must escape the control of the ones who initiated it. In one moment nobody knows where or when it started. nobody really will know how many different life this global page have...exemple: you start drawing a guy walking on the street looking for a adress, he ask his way to a taxi driver, blablabla, continue his way enter a cafe and waiting for a hypothetic friend read the newspaper. ok. you done, then i continue drawing /telling the "story" with yours first sketches as only feedback, and i decide either to continue the meeting at the cafe, inventing the expected friend, a)he may no show up then character #1 does something else. b) I start with cha#2 in a bus going to the cafe and blablabla..c) I can also draw a story with the taxi driver doing what so ever....A 3th artist (fronm china let's say) sees that and tell something starting when the bus drop cha#2 in from of the cafe look thru window, decide to step back, take a cab (cab#1 or a other) etc... artist #4, 2 month after the begining of the Page like very much the way artist number 1 drawned a girl who was waiting for the bus in the background of one of the sketchesand art#4 start something from there....think, after 4years like that in the best case:60, 70, 245? artist drawing ...it's something .
no?
I go to bed now ( it's 02.30 AM ) :+) talk to you soon
Y.
