Since a couple days ago whenever i click anything or make a stroke in photoshop, the hourglass cursor or the pointer appear for a split second over the current painting cursor, and its kind of distracting and very annoying. I uninstalled a mouse driver i got around the time it began, but that didnt help, so does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks. |

Do you have some anti-trojan/virus programs? I would advise you to update them and run a full scan. It could be a trojan sending out the coordinates of your mouse movement.... to the KGB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hah, no, i scanned all my spyware and virus programs and all came up with nothing. The problem started just the other day, never before has it done this, and no matter what ive tried it remains.
When i make quick repeated strokes the usual brush cursor (brush size) flashes to either the normal mouse pointer or the hourglass, and sometimes it stays like that until i stop moving the brush.
This is very very annoying, and i have no idea how to make it stop. It happens with both my wacom and the mouse... |

hide the histogram, it updates after every stroke. Had the same problem. |
