Yeah, just drew these because I felt like it. I've been using the airbrush lately, whereas before I would use the paint tool and then smudge it. I think I like airbrushes alot better... But I'm always learning. I'm just kind of wondering if these are any good, because I like of like them, at least, in the scope of my other works. I used photo refs, but obviously didn't follow them exactly.
**Ok thanks ElfGirlKimmy...I used that site that you use. I'll try one that I can use to post images directly later, but for now it's Easter and I kind of have to go.
This is a self potrait, but I'm not really that old (17), lol. For whatever reason I look old. I think it's the texture and the lines.

And this is of my friend, but it doesn't look like her much at all.

I really need to learn how to use color more. I think I'll start workin' on it. I'll be doing more of these, so I'll post updates as I go along.

If you like the airbrush why not. Try to focus more on the shapes. You should do some tutorials which explain the way of shaping. Doesnt matter if you are not using any color. Check the sumaleth link archieve, there are good ones! Or the well known Dhabih Eng tutorial on this page. start with easier shapes first. You know, even the head is build out of simple shapes. If you dont find any useful tutorial, im sure "we" can find one for you |
