This is my third try at painter and i'm also quite a newbie at painting.
I would like to have some critics and suggestions so i can improve.

I don't know if you were going for a realistic look or more of a cartoon look but if I were to say anything, I'd say be a little more adventurous with your color values. Right now, it's all very monochromatic and the shirt is all murky without any strong shadows.
