Whew! Two months of hard work finished. Well, practically the weekends only, but still.
It's a pig with a gun. How original :/ - I gotta start making something beautiful and sweet. Just like Sebastian Kr�ger or Jim Warren.
The whole project started as I saw this wonderful piece of art by *deligaris at DeviantArt. - I too wanted to make one single, but extremely detailed object against a simple background. I think I reached the goal at least in some level with this pig-piece of mine. Hope you like it.
I was planning to do this piece extremely detailed, like no matter what spot of the painting you look, it would be full of details. But I couldn't keep up with the plan. Now it's extremely detailed only in some few spots.
The original resolution is 10000x10000 pixels. The original .psd-file sizes up to 541MB. Made my computer cough a bit.
