I think there's no reply because we can't quite get what you're trying to say with the piece. Narritive referes to a story or a theme, so I assume the thing sitting beside him is his stomach, but why is it in the same pose? And before you answer that question on here, ask yourself, how would my audience get that this is what it is supposed to mean, what kind of visual clues have I given the audience to read my message?
