i've been working on a new idea for a painting, and it involves a big robot. my problem: ive never painted any type of robot or even machinery before. ive seen some great examples in other threads..SO...for all you guys who have done this before- any tips you can offer me? |

www.fengzhudesign.com has some new content and tutorials for painting vehicles, environments... its all very similar to the kind of thing you are looking for. A good insight at least anyway. Feng's DVD's are really good too if you can afford them.
www.drawthrough.com has some nice tutes too. The perspective section drawing tute should help you with constructing your mechanical forms. |
