Hear a wip of a bear im doing 2 time using charcoal i think it's comming out pretty good what do you guys think? Ill post the progress after school of what i have done so far.

Good work, though I have a few things to bring up.
When the fur gets in the shadow on the right side of the piece it looks as if the texture is completely lost, come in with a kneaded eraser and make a few fine lines in the darkness, it will keep the look you have been working with and add that extra effect to solidify the bear. Also do some google image searches for bear and get some photos to look at that will help you with that bear's head. The muzzle right now looks a bit like a fruit bat but that isnt hard to fix, just thicken it up and work on the bone structure of the eye.

Great job though, probably took you a while surely.

Evanrs: thanks very much the crit... Yeah last night i got some references of bears and fur so ill try to fix that up tonight i still got to add the feet and moutians hopefully i can get that to work... This is the biggest drawing ive ever done it's half my table and my arm allways smudges it lol:p it's quite alot of fun though... For the kneaded eraser and stuff i just lost all my art supplys on the bus so i dont have any thing except those pieces of charcoal and water colors:(
