I have a M275e Gateway Tablet. It's kinda chuggy in Photoshop and only has a 14 inch screen. It's great for sketchy stuff, but constently gets greasy, ect from my hands on the screen all the time.
Thinking about chucking it up on ebay and purchasing a Intuos3 9x12 for my pc..
Sound like a decent plan? Can anyone see any reason to keep the Tablet? Other then mobility? _________________ .::astrochimp.net::. |

Sounds like a good choice to me. The tablet pcs if i am correct usually only have like 512 pressure levels, while the intuos tablets feature over 1024 levels of pressure sensitivity...not that it makes TOO much of a difference but it is quite noticeable when switching between both. Throw it up on ebay without hesitation and hook yourself up with an intuos 3, it should result in you becoming a happier person in general. |

hope you got the intuos3... if not, GET IT!! My mom sent christmas presents early and ofcourse I opened them early and to my suprise she actually bought the intuos3 I begged her for. I LOVE MY MOM! I used to have a crappy 4x5 graphire one... it did the job and the size didn't other me too much, but it didn't have tilt control and the plastic covering was getting all scratched up from years of usage.
Now, with the new intuos I have my buttons all configured and customized, including the duo-switch on the side of the pen... and I don't even use my keyboard... I just sit back in my chair, put my feet up on a pillow and draw draw draw... its so awesome and greatly has increased my painting speed... plus its a lot more fun to paint now... was fun before, but now I just feel cool
ok... I'm done braggin... I love my intuos3 *makes out with it* *humps it* |

I just ordered a 9x12 Intuos 3, to replace my yellowed, cracked Art Z II serial.
I am expecting nothing less than pure sex. _________________ brian.prince|light.comp.paint |
