Hi there, thought I would throw this in. It�s entirely rendered with A. Illustrator CS.
I�ve placed a picture as template and retraced over it but modified some parts, simplifying the shapes to make the image more legible.
I was inspired (maybe more than just inspired :- ) ) by the art of Jason Brooks.
I know it's pretty simple to do but it's fun. The hard part though, is knowing when to stop rendering. Too much detail is not what i wanted, but when you are copying from an image, it's so relaxing that you forget when to stop.

Very nice. Really... refreshing, for lack of a better word. Nice crisp style, reminds me of 60's pool parties for some reason (probably the sunglasses) _________________ I can only hope to one day become an artist. |

I kind of wish the hand was a bit more articulated... Otherwise the shapes are good and realistic, but the fingers are not up to par. |
