Ok, just
1. turn your computer on
2. draw picture
3. put it to the web (aks you provider how)
4. try to load this forum
5. click for new topic
6. Enter your user name, password, message icon
7. (Its the main) Scroll down and click on the link "UBB Code" (under two buttons)
8. Then careful read information that appear on the screen
9. If you cant undestand, try another time, and another.
10. If you still cant understend how post picture ask about it.
11. Post picture
12. Click to the button

And woo-a-la we can see your picture

in other words upload the picture to a place (send it to me and [via e-mail] and i will put it in some webspace for u then type in the body of your message "[img:]" (with out the ':' thats just there so u can see it ) then the url (e.g.
"http://www.cnrufc.co.uk/funk/waap.jpg"
then
"[/img]"

that should work

it is hard to explanin because if i write the code it will do it (doh!)
