Hey all,

These illustrations are part of a series of 24 character archetypes I'm doing for a new RPG called FrostZone. I also got the opportunity to do the cover and title logo for the game, if you haven't seen those, you can check em out here: FrostZone Cover

These illustrations were really fun to work on because of all the creative control I was given on them. I was given a brief description of the character; the weapons they use, their country of origin, action/pose suggestions, etc., and allowed to go crazy from there. Lots of fun. Ok, enough talk, here's some paint...

PANZER - China (Heavy weapons specialist.)

PSI-RIDER - Korea (Bike specialist, fights with psi-power.)

I worked and reworked the perspective on this chick's bike and the headlights on the left side still look off to me. I don't know if it's just in my head or what... I think the problem might be with the shape of the ellipses, but I can't seem to fix it. If anyone knows how I can correct this, please let me know. Paintovers are cool too. Smile

MUTANT OPERATOR - Russia (Shape-shifting infantry man.)

SNIPER - Russia (Name says it all.)

Hope ya dig em. Smile

I'll post the other 20 characters when the book comes out in 2005.

Take it easy,
M
