hey guys...
im working on something for a client that may be kind of difficult for me since i've never tried it before. the client specified that i make 4 pieces. #1 , a fantasy type of seascape with subtle mountains in the back at dawn/sunrise time. #2 i make a shore at noon time with lush trees. #3 i make a forest with a heavy fantasy feel to it (this is where i think im in trouble bc i've never even really tried to do an actual forest before), and #4 i make meadows/hills. lastly, i put it all into one piece so that #1 merges into #2 and #2 into #3 and #3 into #4. kinda like a panoramic view of 4 different places. I need ur help as i go along. ANY crits? they're sure appreciated. here r 2 speedpaintings i did so far;
What i have so far;
dawn/sunrise
shore
n some forest sketches from 2 weeks ago
8 mins in photoshop trying to wokr with custom brushes. ![](http://img52.exs.cx/img52/5154/bc-forest2.jpg)

wow annisahmad this is really awesome, me really likes.
One thing I could mention since u want tips.
In the middle piece the sandy cliff in the back could use some more atmosphere on it so that you will give more attention to the one in front instead. And also, the water on the shore kind of gets interrupted, usually there is a matte with transparent water with waves that goes up on the beach, would be like small white stripes a bit up on the sand. Well, that depends on what u are looking for and or if realism is what u want to achieve, hmm a bit hard to explain.
Other than that it is really amazing, haven't seen this kind of thing before and recently I have started to think that pieces with more info in them is far more interesting, like compositions with different perspectives and such.
Keep up the good work and keep posting annisahmad.
have a nice day

I guess I don't do digital anymore and my focus has to been in me oils but I guess an overpaint every once in a while wouldn't hurt, this is what I was thinking annisahmad and I hope u don't mind.
keep it up.

Wow, that looks amazing. My only suggestion would be to soften the transition from the beach to the forest area. Maybe add some cattails, seaoats, or more rocks around there. Other than that its just beautiful! |

that is looking pretty damn good. i know the water is appearing to be quite calm but i still think there would be some interaction with those rocks in there. some foam and water hitting against them perhaps. up to you, i just think it might give a better sense of movement and environment to it all. _________________ Life is only what you make of it. |

I wouldn't let those bushes hang over to blend in the other painting.You could try to let it look like a big mountain in the foreground, maybe a little cave.
Like the perspective as if you would stand on it and look down into the valley |

thanks guys.
Soak, i agree with u 100% . however, tell that to the guy who i did the painting for.i showed him a speedpaint of a cave or a mountain for the merge but he got mad and said 'no, put a tree trunk there'... he wasn't open to ideas . so, that was too bad for me i guess . here's the finished piece;
