Hey guys, I'm trying to find out the name of a Japanese artist (I think he was Japanese) who drew a somewhat disturbing picture of a naked legless female attached to a leash. Does anyone know who it is? Any help would be appreciated :)

Which one? There's too many of them to list Smile

Masamune Shirow. Didn't he do that kind of thing in Ghost in the Shell?
