I've not been doing as much digital stuff as usual, though. I figured I'd get some more practice with traditional media.
so:
The face at the bottom is just a one-minute doodle. I took the shading technique I experimented with on the other face and let rip.
Oh yeah, here's a little painting as well:

Very very nice pencil drawing / sketch ..
it seems as if you are pretty much into surrealism .. the face actually reminds me of a picture by magritte .. ( damn .. i dont remember the name of it ) ..
your painting also shows a very good choice of colors .. the more impressionist way =) ..
For people who are complaining about proportions here : i think this is not the question . Its more about the art itself .
Ok .. nuff said .

Very nice... do you have more works ?
When it comes to personal works, works that people do for themselves and not for profit an stuff like that, i do prefer to see it in the traditional media.
Like Affected's work with pencil.
PS: My second most fav medium is Poster Color.(1st would be oil) Is GOUCHE better than Poster ? And in what way ?
I've never experimented with Gouche cos im in a FINE ARTS course, not a Graphic Design course.
Acrylic yes, Gouche, not yet....

I'm not very clear on the differences (if any) between gouache and poster paints... In our clasroom at school there are big bottles that have both 'gouache' and 'poster paint' written on them. They're more liquid than the tubes I bought, though. I think they may be the same thing. (posters and gouaches)
About proportions... I realized the face was too long as I was drawing it. That's why I broke it up, to distract the viewer from it... :P
I have a site with quite a few images in the gallery, both traditional and digital.

I like that pic, you have a very distinct and very cool style Affected
I really like doodles all over the place that don't fit in logically. But I hate it how people actually think it's a proper picture and they say "why's that things on top of that?". hehe! =)
