Well, it was not my intention to bother anyone nor starting a flame war. Erase "gay" and substitute it with "arrogant", which surely he looks like too.

Well I think he looks like a fruit booter so Gay or homosexual would suit this picture. An arrogant homosexual warrior. Who the fuck wears armor that exposes your belly? gonna take a sword in the gut.

You could define the shapes a little bit more and some of the colors are getting a tad bit muddy. for some reason Im really liking how that patter looks on top of the rendered armor. If you could make it flow more with the shape of the breast plate itd be more beilvalble.

yes theimage does seem a bit muddy, try lightening the highlights and darkeneing the shadowx a bit more in order to add more constrast to the image. i did a quick overpaint to show what i mean.

also i would look at the way fabric flows try to find a good reference photo for the pants

hope this helps[/img]

The truth is that your frowns in the trousers are much more credible!

Thanks a lot!

i've been readfing this forum since dhabih first started it, but i haven't taken the time to actually post much.

i noticed the lack of constructiveness you were getting, so i thought i'd take the time to assist.

don't be afraid to use reference photos for your work,. with art only the final result is what matters, not how you get there. don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
