I put this in the Gallery of Finished Work, because IMHO I feel like this new airliner (slated for 2008 flight schedules) is very aesthetically pleasing; Boeing touts the use of a more ergonomic, organic feel with colors and recessed lighting. The interior is awesome and likely going to usher in a new era of commercial passenger aircraft design. Boeing's focus is on "passenger experience" combined with functionality. Check out the images and the videos. What's not to like? This thing looks like it's right out of Star Trek; The Next Generation.

holy moly! typical of me to be first replyer ot this post since i love airplanes, i am so glad that they went as far as they could with the chairs, the standard chairs nowdays are very thick for no reason it feels. I bet this is the roomy setup cause it looks like there is room for a twice as many chairs
stunning stuff! |

I agree - I have to give the designers at Boeing kudos for paying attention to what they call "passenger experience". I believe it raises the bar somewhat in aircraft design, and we'll definitely see more of this type of stuff in the years to come. The 7E7 is so damn sleek and sexy from it's exterior and interior. I'd love to experience one firsthand. _________________ - Tom Carter

Don't get me wrong, I really like it. But I two things I'd like to add. The seats look hard and not very comfortable (though they probably are ), and the color/design is a bit voyager meets toonworld'ish. Then again im a European :p |

That is actually a good looking plane inside. But I am not suprised, I have seen these interiors for about a year now. |

is that CG or real??? It's hard to tell because that interior looks so spotless. I agree, the "cool" factor on this interior is insane. |
