I quite like this. Looks like a hybrid of Peter Chung and David Bowie's 1.OUTSIDE.
My only crits are that the foreshortening on the gun is kinda weird in both frames, and the font you used for the cyborg is a little difficult to read. Also I'd think about redoing the colors and values for the backgrounds to make the characters more clearly visible, especially in the last frame.
All-and-all I think it's pretty cool.
