Well, no special tools used but paintbrush. I did make this in Gimp. It's just a basic sketch using different colors <- the more I play with the more human like it becomes. But throw your best at me. I love opinions, and not to many people wanna give em.

Here's a quickie I just finished. Started the same as the head, but used the blur tool. I was just really bored and decided to throw this together.
Finished in 1.5 hours - made in Gimp.
I plan on making another image of this pose making it more realistic, but that won't happen for awhile.
Oh and also, I've been using the book 'Dynamic Figure Drawing' for reference.

Hey, nice drawings. I really like the loose style. And the figures look right aswell.
One thing though, what the heck is Gimp???

Gimp is a program for Linux that resembles Photoshop and I guess a mix of other good programs. Recently a guy made a port to windows for gimp. That's what I use. It is very very buggy.
When I can get Photoshop, Gimp will have a nice home on my hard drive but will be collecting a lot dust! Oh, and gimp is Free
