It is called Odigo chat. It is like ICQ but has the feature to allow you to see who is on the same website you are on at the time you are looking at it. So if 5 ppl had Odigo running and when to www.sijun.com then those 5 ppl could see each other and chat and stuff. You can leave notes on different websites as well. Check it out at www.odigo.com it is sometimes quite good to know who is looking at the same page as you are.
