Alright, before I get severely flamed for the below pic, I would like to say that I am just personally testing out the American comic book-style of inking/drawing/coloring. The below pic, although drawn by me, was taken from an Aliens vs Predator comic book. I am seeing if I like this style, and if I do, then I will create original characters. Please do not flame me for this. (also, if you have a problem with this, please let me know, and I will delete this thread).
Ok, onto the pic. This is the inked version of the drawing. I have left some parts unseen because I am going to use a more "natural" painting technique to fill in rocks and the background. I am mainly doing this to see if I like this style of drawing/inking/coloring. (Please also note, this is a severely reduced version. The real version is about 3000 x 3000)

It would help if you posted a pic of the original pencils too.
As for the inks themselves, some of it looks a bit rough, but just keep inking and you'll get better at rendering. To practice, I just take a blank sheet of paper and fill it with patterns and hatchings, just to practice technique. I'll also try to draw objects straight in ink.

Thanks for the suggestion on improving!
Oh yeah, that pic was the only version I had...I went over the pencils with the ink, and erased any lines that were left over. (if it helps, I used black indian ink).
Well, here's the final version of my image (I finished it before any replies were submitted).
Ok, any more suggestions/comments/flames?

maybe it's your intention, but she doesn't look like she's 'part' of the pic, if you know what I mean. The chick and the rest are obviously done separately and pieced together. This isn't necessarily a problem usually, except that in your pic she has to lean on the foreground.
I reckon; tidy up the join (get rid of the outline) and go over that rock in the same style as the woman, bit of shadow and voila.
