always love to help out the forum freshmen... it's a good start but it appears as though you are focusing too much on detail...hit the zoom out button a couple of times and try to mainly focus on form, composition and color by just tossing your hand around. Do a couple of speed paintings of trees or whatever else you like to do and see where you go from there. good work on the soft clouds. i dig
