I've been experiencing a rather annoying problem that's pretty much stopped me doing any major new digital art. I got Painter Classic with my Intuos (as most people do) and installed it. Works great. Love the natural media look to it all. I changed my video card and am now able to run at 1600x1200 res (before I was running at 1152x864) at an acceptable refresh rate. Unfortunatly, now Painter doesn't draw correctly. The mouse pointer is in one spot, but the mark on the canvas is made some distance away from the pointer above and to the left. Changing my resolution back doesn't help either.
Looking around on MetaCreation's page I found no mention of such a problem and I figured this forum would be the best place to ask to see if anyone has any ideas or experienced similar problems.
Thanks

This was mentioned on the board a long-long time ago...
It turns out that you have to download the latest driver from WACOM and reinstall the tablet and Painter. The tablet doesn't like resolution swaps. |
