This took me a couple hours in PS. I was going for the Freudian idea of repressed thoughts/feelings. I just got an Intuos2 so I'm still getting used to it. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

very scary dude. nice work.
The advice i'd give would be to just continually look as much art as you can and learn from it. practice being able to create smooth gradients with your tablet. PLay around with brushes and their settings.
