Nice paint. But I think your fire is a little detailed. Seems a little close to the guy on the plane. |

yeah, i think yarik is right. the grade of detail should drecrease as farer things are away. but i think you should increase the details in the near distance.
but the colors are very good... so the atmospheric is. |

I don't mind the details being in the far back of the picture at all. Not perhaps realistic, but it seems to work! I like the overall design and the loose style of the picture, but there are some detail things I'm not very fond of. These are only my personal opinions and thoughts ofcourse, so you might feel about them totally differently.
The sky in the left corner could perhaps be a bit flatter? Now it has quite a lot of details and contrast to be so far away?
I'm also bothered a bit by the plane and the near area in the water. Maybe it could be a bit more defined? Makes me wonder if there is some problem with the perspective in the plane or is it missing it's back part or what...
Then there is the issue with the man and the fire. The fire is much further away from the viewer, so the atmospheric perspective should be stronger in it, but now the man is painted with really flat values and cold colors and the fire doesn't have any sign of atmospheric perspective. |
