This is very early sure, but I am just going instinctively on the color with a little help from what I have read on color so far. Using Painter's Mixer quickly mixed in some reddish pink to the base colors on the man or greyed them with a compliment and darkened them a bit where I felr it was needed.
I'm just going along with very little in my head and very little obtained from my two previous tries. It looks OK to me for now but still I'd like some advice or just another opinion before going on.

The warm light... I assume its artificial because the environment gives no other clues. The light on the inside of the right leg seems like it is down too far, especialy when the face indicates the light source direction so strongly. The colours are a bit hard to crit atm. As you said its quite early. I like the shadow side of the gun hand. I think the colour and value are right there. Its relation to the keylight colour is good. |
