Hi everybody! I really love this site! Keep up the great work!

This is one of my very first drawings ... not really good I know ... but hey, I thought what the heck, we are all here to learn right?

I really like manga and everything I do is enfluenced by it ... it's just a style that I like...
I drawn the "lizarddude" out of my head, than scanned the picture and colorored it in photoshop.
Than I thought that somekind of background would be cool... so I drawn my very first background with my wacom on photoshop without any idea of what I was going to do ... this is the result Rolling Eyes

Anyway I'm here to improve so q&c are all very welcome!

many thanks!

Drawing manga-style doesn't mean you can give a shit about anatomy.

when i first started drawing i had a bunch of anatomy problems too. Sometimes when I'm teaching someone to draw faces, I'll take their exact drawing, and I'll trace it onto another peice of paper, but I'll put things in the right places and there is a noticable difference. Search google for drawing tutorials, and although you like manga, I'd stay away from the tutorials that teach you how to draw it, those tutorials are ussualy done by people who can't draw much better than you anyways.

here's a quick, easy to remember thing about drawing faces. the lines show you where things on the face go...

Also, if you show some real interest in art, you can probably arrange a meeting after school with your schools art teacher, who will probably be willing to help you out with things too.
