On the bottom picture:
The junk on the ground is abit "too" distracting imo.
I would give the junk less impact.
more debris?

thx man, i totally get where you're coming from, the background does detract from subject quite a bit, was an excuse to use that junkpile (had it lying around half rendered), it was a a lot worse before i darkened it hehe i might well go back into this one and dullen down the bg detail, looks nicer |
