When I had the idea for this painting it came to me in the form of an abstract thumbnail sketch. It was a one inch square somewhere in my sketchbook that didn't represent anything at all. I don't know what I was thinking when I decided to paint all those cave formations, though. Crazy!!

Hope you like!
c&c please
And some details:
Thanks,

Great work on details!
I think the full image isn't big enough, many details are lost. _________________ Gabriele Fabbri

Wow, that cave looks very cool. I like the idea. Makes me want to wander around there... The floor looks also nice. Very consistent everything.
The light from the lava could reflect more on the robe of the Sorceress to give her a bit nore volume. |

I like the style but it feels to artificial to me _________________ "There is always the anti."

mmh, the composition is very nice... but i have a problem with the color values... looks like the shadows dont have enough saturation or something like that O_o _________________ *
