Love it. Nice lines and even better colors. I like that creamy feel you can get with painter, i find impossible to pull off in PS. If there was one thing that bothers me though, the city in the background could loose a bit more focus, a bit more like that smaller floating head.
But of course i can't pull off a painting nearly as well as you have here, yet.

Really good work!
I don't seem to like the floating skulls for some reason though, I don't know why  Maybe it makes it too cluttered for my liking, not sure at all.
