rough sketch of an officer lady inspired by aeon flux

just recently got a wacom so I'll take a stab at doing it in color

and c&c welcome, especially about anatomy stuff

the ear looks a little too far back and I'm a bit confused about what the hair is doing. the rest of the face is good though.
