This was a commision for a friend of mine's grandmother. She wanted 4 WC paintings of the different seasons to give to her friends that she goes to Florida with for the winter. The originals are all 4x6 in watercolor. I had prints made of the originals to give to her friends. Sorry for the manual work being posted, I know this is generally a digital forum, but I was looking forward to some feed back. All I have left are the digital scans and a set of prints. Also I'm just begining to feel more cumfortable with WC again, Lord knows working this small was a real pain.
Thanks!

P.S. The winter scene is probably my favorite, followed closely by the fall scene. A student of my old Prof's gave me a tip on how to put some great winter atmosphere by mixing alizeran crimson and green to get a nice winter gray for the sky and background. _________________ Sleep is for the weak!!! |
